I would recommend this place to everyone! I had a wonderful customer experience here when I was a little panicked I would need a new car battery and/alternator. My car had required 3 jump starts in 48 hours and I was in Hamburg for work and ready to spend any amount of money to get the problem fixed so I wouldn’t be stranded on the thruway home. El-Don got me right in to test my current battery and assessed that it was a “little weak” but would be totally fine. They tested it two more times because I was nervous and asking a lot of questions. They assured me the battery was fine and I didn’t need a new one which was so honest in a world where everyone seems to try to upsell. I asked about my alternator and they also assured me my alternator was fine. They looked around the battery for a few minutes and noticed it was completed loose and the terminals were barely connected which they then quickly assessed that was the cause of my issue. They ratcheted the bolts down to tighten it and sent me on my way for $0. Customer care doesn’t really exist like that anymore so I felt the need to leave a detailed review of my amazing experience. We live out in Olean and we drove all the way to Hamburg to get a battery from el dons which it turns out we didn't need the terminals were dirty and there was a loose connection they are honest courteous and friendly . They are a rip off. I ordered parts from them and they shipped it to me but they forgot to remove the packing slip. They changed me DOUBLE and the lady said they don't make any money on fisher price power wheels and that's a lie. It took me a month to get the parts and I had to call them. They never called me.
