Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

This Tim Hortons location according to employees say manegment has changed the policy for picking up online orders. Now you have to be in front of them before they start to make the order, which is against their agreement with DoorDash and Uber Eats and is just rude. drivers can't show up just to watch employees start making the order/ orders They're supposed to be picking up ready or close to ready orders 've informed doordash and ubereats about this new change in policy as per this location uber drivers and DoorDash drivers don't make a ton of money so we cannot be waiting for 20 minutes a stop We are given these deliveries and sent to these locations based upon our distance from them in the time in between. If every restaurant could just simply change their policy based on their feelings Nothing would ever get delivered or done this. Whole system relies on everyone being compliant with the same set of rules and systems if I'm taking 20 to 30 deliveries a day, and I have to wait a 1/2 hour at each one that's 10 hours of waiting a day????. So no, have the orders ready. It's not just about you, it's about everyone. Else ordering and other restaurants orders inside drivers car It is sociopathic to think you can adapt the rules to your specific needs to minimize any sort of imperfect product, not hot enough ETC. you're ordering DoorDash. It's not gonna be piping hot or super fresh. That's just a reality of delivery, and the idea that you would cater to the few complainers. While directly harming drivers and all other people waiting for their food orders it is pure madness and so short-sighted. And please don't answer with your stupid A I bot generic...

If I toasted this bagel at home would this be ok? The answer no. Never. A toasted bagel at every Tim Hortons I have ever been to equals a slightly warm mushy bland mess.Every time without fail this everything bagel is not toasted,over buttered, mushy,wet,kinda warm, never tan or brown,barely cut, lauched at me,disappointing, barely different than the paper it's wrapped in. Just toast the thing. Even when I ask for double toasted it's just toasted dust brown wet garbage. I get it you are quick through the drive thru but please another 20seconds on the toaster roller. Please let me get my credit card and coffee in cup holder before eye rolling me through the window. I'm trying to get my stuff together before driving off into sadness. Why? The woman at the drive thru was EXTREMELY RUDE, when asked what we wanted we took a minute to decide and tried to figure out exactly what was wanted as a side she proceeded to keep asking "what as a side" and when we finally answered she told us they were out of that item, no big deal, trying to collaborate what else we wanted she proceeded to not give us any time and then asked for probably the 5th time in a span of 90 seconds "what as a side" as soon as we finished that order we went to order another side, she immediately cut my boyfriend off and told him the total and when we said we weren't done yet, she got off the microphone and someone else picked up for our order, whom was nicer.
