I do not even know where to begin with this company. I was recommended by my account manager so I figured it was a reputable company. Boy was I wrong! This has been one of the most unprofessional companies that I’ve ever worked with. Not only did it take a while to complete my project but when I finally got the project it was not what I agreed on with the proof. He claims to be a straight up guy but from where I’m from if you mess up you own up to what you do wrong not hide behind a wall. Everything he said his company would do and agreed to do,they didn’t and then when I brought it up, he insinuated that I was a liar.

When I came to pick up the shirts Sasan openly admitted to the faults of the company. Secondly, I had a sit down with Sasan before I even agreed to leave my shirts there. Thirdly, I have a paper trail of emails and it shows the gaps of communication; it was also times that I called and there was no answer. Then lastly, Sasan cursed at me and was disrespectful. Instead of losing my cool because I have too much to lose, I stayed calm. I left an honest but tactful review because I didn't want to kick the company's back in too much, but don't lie. We ordered with One In a Million in February (2025) for branded T-shirts for our annual company meeting, after a large online branding company failed to pull through for us and misprinted our shirts. Let me tell you, Sasan is a magician! While I never vouch for last minute rush orders, we were in a bind, and he saved the day.

He was so communicative, the online portal makes approving orders and payment so simple, and he listened to what we were looking for and DELIVERED!
