DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE!!!
I opened a commercial plan here almost a year ago. 5 mins after I got a call from the commercial manager asking for my business. I explained I’ve done a de at the store, later that day we spoke again and figured we could do a better deal and the store messed something up so we struck a new deal with Kevin Fox. I’ve then traded in my 3 phones and credits were never applied and phones magically disappeared. IVE GONE MONTHS fighting with them about the location of my trades in devices… they even had the audacity to email me and tell me I had buyers remorse and LYING about the phones. I went to FedEx got video confirmation and signed receipts from their warehouse and magically that’s same day T-Mobile found my devices. I’ve now gone another 2 months from that point with my credits still not in my account and on top of that EVERY WEEK my phone services gets cut. To the point where it has not cost me thousands in time and lost opportunities. it’s 3:30 Am I was on the phone with customer service for the 100th time in 6 mo The Who are ALL out of country based and can’t help more then what they’re allowed to do. Another employee told us that we had to call the insurance company, send the phone out, wait for it to come back fixed, THEN go back for the upgrade; in order to.get the full trade i amount. I needed my son to have a phone because it's the only contact I have with him when I'm at work. The old one wasn't holding it's charge, so waiting was not an option. We went back to tmobile the next day and Katrel gave us different options. We were able to get the new phone that same day, without the extra steps; and without any extra fees. I paid for their 3rd party service to fix the phone for the same amount my deductible is, if I had to mail the phone in. So, thanks so much to Katrel! He's very pleasant to deal with as well and...
