I think they read my review because months later I was greeted by name and so much improved. I’m definitely not petty enough to not recognize change so a lot of kudos to them for improving. A couple of times they ran out of toppings and called my number asking how they could accommodate that. The drink quality has also improved as well as service time.

I’m currently writing this while standing here after waiting for 6 minutes to be served all when there was no line. You might think they were swamped with orders. But no, they had 3 people “working”, one of which is some girl laughing at how to pronounce oolong and Juju jelly while sipping on a drink and getting in her coworkers’ ways.

You might think this is a reactionary post after this one bad experience. Also no, this is just another negative experience in a long list of them.

They might just be inexperienced but man are they in over their heads then. Compared to just about every other KF Tea in the area (Williston Park, Broadway Mall, Jamaica, Bell Blvd) this location operates at a snails pace. It’s one thing to be inexperienced and learning. It’s a whole other thing to have zero urgency, have little consideration for customers, and to not take your work...

This location has terrible customer service. Yesterday I ordered 2 drinks ahead of time on the app. When I got there I was still waiting 25 mins to get my drinks. I then realized later on that the drinks they gave me were not mine. The owner said they checked the order but the order WAS NOT my order the label was not correct. My name is not Marissa. They need more staff in this location, I have been here there about 3 times and there has only been 1 or 2 people taking orders and making the drinks. There was randomly a motorcycle in the middle of the floor which I thought was strange. The woman is speaking to me and I could not understand anything she was saying because the radio was so loud. The last time I went here before this instead of the girl at the counter making drinks for everyone that was waiting, she was on her cellphone. They should see how the Williston park location is, those girls are quick and very attentive to...

I am giving this place 2 stars because they have bad quality control on their bubbles. The last time I been here they gave me overcooked old bubbles. Luckily the drink itself wasn't bad so I just drank the milk tea and threw away the bubbles. This time I came here they gave me undercook bubbles and the milk tea tasted like dirty tea. So this time I cannot even drink it because both the bubbles and drink is bad. I would not recommend this Kungfu Tea if you just want a simple bubble milk tea. Their wait time in making their drinks is also longer than other Kungfu Tea places like Hicksvilles (which always have a long line while this place only have 2 people at a time ordering). Their customer service is good, they are friendly and let you try their toppings for free. But I am just very disappointed that they messed up a regular bubble milk tea TWICE in a row.
