I ordered a communion dress a bit over a month prior to my daughter’s event. I received a call approx 6 days ago saying that the wrong dress came in. The girl that called me assured me she would reorder the correct one and express ship it as my daughter’s communion is this up coming weekend. I called them yesterday to make sure the correct dress came in the response was “yes”. We showed up only to learn it was not only the wrong dress but the wrong size. Instead of correcting the mistake and ordering the correct dress and having it express ship the owner decided to give me back the money and said suggested I go to Estelle’s dressy dresses and buy a dress from their store because “they have the same dresses from her rack” !!! Appalling NEVER USE THIS PLACE , disgraceful. Horrible customer servIce - I called them later to ask for the owner to tell her how upset I was and they denied the entire transaction even occurred. Genuinely awful, at first she was nice and seemed to be great. Then she overcharged me for things that were not discussed & things were falling apart, as well as forgot to bring some stuff she charged me for & if I wouldn’t have texted her, she would’ve never brought it. When I called to see if she could help, she said it was not her responsibility anymore. She might be “cheaper” but it will cost you more at the end. & her attitude is nasty once she gets her money. This place is the worst thing you can, save your time, here they don't care what the client wants, my ladies' dresses were cut badly, I received a regular bus when we had ordered limousine, it was 5 days before the party and I didn't have nothing or the centerpieces could continue writing about my bad experiences, poor quality .. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR AN ENEMY.

este lugar es lo peor que puede, ahorrate tu tiempo, aca no les importa lo que quiere el cliente, los vestidos de mis damas fueron cortados mal, recibi un bus regular cuando habiamos ordenado limousine, eran 5 dias antes de la fiesta y no tenia nada ni los centros de mesas podria seguir escribiendo de mi malas experiencias, mala calidad..
