Jack Greco Custom Furniture — Local services in Town of Inlet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. Please read prior to even setting foot in their store. Their customer service and communication to their customers I cannot say is bad, it is non existent. Leave a message, no call back, call within business hours no one answers the phone. We placed an order for a table and chairs that was almost $4K and paid in full, our mistake! When placing the order in their Inlet store the owner was extremely nice and it felt like doing business with an old friend. I was assured it would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. Just like every other review now 12 weeks later and it is not ready. Now when I call the Inlet store no answer, no call back etc. I had to call the Rochester store and speak to someone when they feel like answering their phone. Every time I call the store it get the same BS line "your order is on the next truck" well the next truck has came and went many times without my order, with the last being "your order I assure you will be here 12/24 as soon as it is unloaded we will take a picture of it and send it to you so you know it is here", well 7 days later nothing, no call no picture. I am asking for a full refund on Monday if my order is not ready to be picked up. Just like other reviews they only can fax a communication to the builder blah blah blah, but are quick to take your money and can place the order immediately. If I could give them below a 1 star I would. This place is a sham, taking your money on empty promises and blaming COVID for everything, it is sad because the furniture is beautiful and worth every penny. Lengthy review but $4,000 is a lot of money to me and I do not want anyone else to fall victim...
