Ok, so for starters, I would say that customer service was good, I would've given them a 4.5 as they were very nice and friendly. Second, I gave a 3 star due to the fact that there was pros and cons to our visit. Pros are good, friendly, family atmosphere, nice people's, plenty of seating, and the service was good. The ice cream was also a pro and con situation as well. Our order was: x1 Reese's Sundae which was a tiny bowl not worth the $8+ but it was good as I had a taste of it for my husband, our two oldest of our 3 very young children had a double scoop cookies and cream non-dairy in a dish split among the two, and I ordered a large chocolate twist that was well worth the $6, however, I had asked for mine in a cone with a dish and a second bowl for the kids order so we could split it. Was charged for the extra bowls, which most places don't, but I didn't care much about it as it was just an extra $.25. But MY dish was a tiny bowl that I couldn't understand why they'd give me a Large chocolate twist with a baby bowl to put it in as I shared it with our youngest. That's where I'd give a 2 star. Was charged for the bowls and one of which I couldn't fathom the fact that it was about the size of a cat bowl. I was a little applaud by that, but it is what it is. The ice cream itself was a 5 star, service was 4 but they were also a little overly friendly as they had a huge tip jar and expected everyone to leave tips, which don't get me wrong I would've but after getting a giant twist and a tiny cat bowl I wasn't happy about it, and prices varied as for the soft serve was well worthy but the sundae was not and for a double scoop was like what $5. It's sad that we ordered ice cream from Stewart's the day before yesterday and I ordered a brownie sundae and it was $5 and it was well worth the money. The guy who made our ice cream was awesome. Our total at Stewart's was maybe $12+/- and our order at this place was like $20. All in all, I wouldn't think we'd go back there, if we do it's definitely NOT worth getting any sundaes or even flurries as I seen someone walk past with a flurry half the size of a flurry from like McDonald's. In general, I say like...
Read moreThey had a wide variety of flavors and beautiful location. We ordered a kitty hard ice cream and a large blackberry. When they came out they were the same size. We asked if they were the right sizes and the counter worker said yes bitterly. We asked for refund and ignoring us she grabbed the ice cream walked to the back put some more then slammed the ice cream on the counter and turned away. I’ve worked plenty food service and no doubt they were busy the ENTIRE night, I get it. Just disappointed with inconsistent sizes. As I watched orders come out I saw smalls bigger than mediums and kiddies the size of mediums. I truly wish them a great season and many more. Please just...

One person in group in group got a chocolate milkshake - paid extra for hard ice cream - milkshake was watery and tasted like they didnt get all the soap out last time they washed equipment. It was inedible. He threw it away. Others felt soft ice cream was mediocre. Not a lot of flavor to the ice cream. Very disappointed. Northern lights used to be phenomenal. Hopefully it is better if we stop...
