Stopped in today to inquire about some vaping products. As a beginner, I had little to no idea what was out there. I had done some research and had an idea of what I wanted, but had been to several smoke shops in the area and was told that I should buy the biggest and best. I was really looking more at the Smoov products (look and feel more like a real cig) and was being told they would not do me justice. Worked with Mikayla (sp) and she had actually tried the product before. Gave me her list of pros and cons and after listening to what I was looking for as a beginner helped me get my first Smoov starter kit. She didn't try to push me towards the biggest and best, but educated me on why certain things were better, etc. She was BRILLIANT. On top of all this she managed an odd afternoon rush (at least 6 people deep) with a slow credit card machine FLAWLESSLY. They have a great variety, but the staff is insanely rude. Came in with a friend, we are both in college. She didnt have her ID, and wasnt buying anything. She had other ways to prove she was over 21 but the people there wouldn't let me buy my products because she looked younger because she is really short. I wasted gas and time to come out there because they wouldn't let ME buy MY products. It was ridiculous and I'm profusely disappointed in my first experience here.
