My husband and I worked with Ashley for our wedding, and she was truly amazing! She communicated with us throughout the entire process, checking in multiple times to see if I needed anything or had any questions. She was incredibly helpful in figuring out exactly how many desserts we would need and what kinds to offer. Her estimate was spot on, and we had just a handful of each dessert left, but not an overwhelming amount. I really appreciated that she was not trying to upsell us and genuinely wanted us to get exactly what we needed.

Because of her guidance, we were able to provide our guests with a wide variety of delicious treats including brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and rice krispy treats, so there was truly something for everyone. We received so many compliments, and the desserts were just as beautiful as they were tasty. Our wedding cake was everything my husband and I hoped for. It was perfectly executed, absolutely delicious, and beautiful to look at.

We discovered this bakery randomly when we saw pictures of our friend’s daughter’s birthday cake and were absolutely wowed by the artistic talent that went into designing it. We were thinking of having Torta design our son’s bday cake but never actually tasted her dessert, so we decided to order the chocolate cake for Christmas. We were blown away by the taste and immediately placed an order for cake and cupcakes for our son’s party! Ashley was amazing to work with and designed a cake that was EXACTLY what we wanted. We ended up getting vanilla cake with ganache filling and funfetti buttercream frosting. The ganache filling tasted like the fudge I used to buy in little candy shops while on vacation when I was younger. Our guests (and son) could not stop raving about the design and taste of the cake. My experience with bakeries was a total bust until I reached out to Ashley. I was SO grateful that I did because her cakes ended up tasting WAY better anyway! I had previously worked with another bakery in Rochester that was upcharging me after speaking to them in person and several emails back and forth - let’s just say communication wasn’t great. I expressed my concerns to Ashley and she immediately delivered service that was the total opposite. Easy to communicate with and always available if I had any questions. My cake was gorgeous, she hit every decoration detail spot on and of course, it was so delicious!
