Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

Some of the worst service I have ever received from a tim Hortons. Initially I was super excited to have a new Tim's open up about 1.5 mile from my home but I have been discouraged from going here because of multiple terrible visits. What finally broke the cammels back was this morning I walked in and ordered a sandwich and a coffee at about 7:40 the young man who took my order was very obviously new but very friendly and seemed to learn fast I then waited about 16 MINUTES for my 2 items at this point there was only 2 people inside and 3 people in the drive thru a very manageable situation for the 3 people they had working at the time I then finally received my food and was already very upset that I was now going to be late to school I was then was handed my strap by the lady with pink hair I grabbed it and turned to hurry because I didn't want to be more tardy then I was already going to be I was then surprised when this full grown adult women most likely in her late 20's or early 30's did not say "have a nice day" or something similar but instead said in a very loud and demeaning tone "no snatchies" to a 17 year old teenager and paying customer. This is terribly unprofessional for a person who seemed to be in a managerial role. this is definitely the last time I will be going to this location it is slow and that employe has definitely warded off more customers than just me....

Avoid this location - I live around the corner and occasionally order delivery for breakfast. The last 4 or 5 delivery orders have been incorrect or missing items, and today the delivery order never showed up after the status not updating for over an hour in the app. I called to ask for the order status or for a refund and was told that they don't know anything and that I should just call the 800...

The quality has really slipped over the years for Tim Hortons. The coffee is average at best and often poor, the breakfast sandwiches are very greasy and at the Irondequoit location they are always running behind it out of some component of my order.
