In May 2021 I had double spine surgery. In March 2022 I was 2 months into physical therapy, according to my Surgeon it wasn’t even a year yet and my spine was still healing! The prescription for the physical therapist was to warm me up and gently stretch me. This day was different and the PT Ray did NOT do his usual work instead he put me right on the recumbent bike. This injured me. He was frustrated bc since the beginning of my physical therapy I kept telling him I was feeling pain on my lower right side.
