I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Ally, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I was nervous trying someplace new, and I'm so glad I did!

During the consultation, Ally really impressed me with her attentiveness. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say about my hair, my preferences, and my concerns. She didn't rush through the consultation, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the final result. Ally also didn't hesitate to make the process really collaborative and freely provided her own excellent feedback and suggestions.

Ally's skills, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made my first appointment with her a fantastic experience. I can't express how thrilled I am to have found a hair stylist I like and trust right in my own neighborhood. I will definitely be returning to Ally for all my future hair needs, and I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a talented and personable stylist.

So my 7 yr old got ahold of my hair cutting scissors while I was cleaning the house and she decided to cut her own hair! Well thank God she didn’t injure herself at all, but she managed to chop a bunch of her long hair off and so I needed to find a hair salon nearby that could fix her chopped hair and create a nice hairstyle for her. We got referred to Sam and she did a wonderful job on my daughters hair! It looks beautiful! She was very nice, gentle and very accommodating. We will definitely be going there for her hair cuts from now on! Wonderful experience! Thankyou so much!!! 💗💗💗

Update: I went in myself for their Tuesday Blow Out Special and my hair got washed and conditioned and blown out…all for $16.00!!! They offer this every Tuesday! It came out very nice! She even used Moroccan cream, humidity spray and hair spray to keep it looking and feeling great! Thank you InStyle! I...

I had an appointment today and was running a few minutes late. I was courteous and called ahead, and the owner assured me it was no problem. But when I arrived, my stylist wasn’t even there yet. I waited in the chair for 30 minutes before she finally arrived, only to say she had to take her next client and asked if I could wait until after she finished a blowout—which would have meant another 30-minute delay.

The owner didn’t inform me that the stylist was going to be late and showed a complete lack of customer service, simply saying he had “no control” over the situation. Tomorrow is my birthday, and I was really looking forward to getting my hair done. This was such a disappointing experience. Shame on you, In Style! I have been going there for years and still...
