i am really disappointed the experience my daughter had on sunday 18 feb, when we arrived to find out that the table wasnt even properly ready, they missed the ballons counts and bday medal and only one table cloth out of all the tables only 1 pink table cloth was there the rest of the tables was nothing covering it, service was terrible dont get me wrong she tried to accommodate us, but it just wasnt what i paid for, i paid for the ultimate package not even a pink cup for her they gave me a blue, and the rest of the birthdays that were there clearly didnt even get my package and they were set up a lot better and everything was ready and there was only two other bday party on the same hour, it wasnt even busy to be that this dissatisfied of my findings, while the attendant was there there were 2 ladies that started it picking from our platters with no authorization( ladies were front another table) and we had to stop them from touching anymore, like really it has to come to that, that really irritated me, i let it pass i was more focus on giving my daughter an incredible experience to be, while i was playing at the arcades with my daughter the attendant came to me asking that if we paid? and i said of course, she replied that they couldnt find our order number, i gave her the info and told her to check again, couples of minutes went by and she came back stating that they still couldnt find the reservation, another time got interupped while i was with my daughter and infront of company and told me that i havent paid nor she could find the order number, so i pulled out my phone and even showed her my transaction that was already pulled out from my bank account on my bank app (chase), i replied but you guys definitely took the money, and went to the counter to waste time there to get told to dont worry about it we will resolve it, like really ? we had around 5 bags full of ticket and when i say full they were heavy, we had a good run and we kept hitting 800-900 jackpots a couple of times, im really good in algebra and mathematically speaking they were more than 9000 tickets there in 2 hours, the attendant took them to be weighted and only came with 8200 not even a full ticket stating that just a bunch of bulls**t tickets of 500, 100, 70 and so on and on, plus the 1000 tickets that you get with the package since it was the biggest package there was. never again, you go to this places to make your job easier or at least a little easier as a parent and pay the price for it, but i could have done a way better birthday party for half the price at least i would have came in too something that was already set up but not even that. never again and told all my other relatives and acquaintances from my deli, not to visit this place, im not a big critic but this was enough to make me. fix this. chuckie cheese headquarters if not the next place out of business like friendlys...
Read moreAbsolutely blown away by how expensive Chuck E Cheese has become. I came on a Wednesday night. For 3 kids to get the 45 minute pass it would have cost me $100. The counter person upsold me to the Play Pass.. which ended up being the same price $100 for 3 kids. (Once I came home I looked on their website and there was supposed to be a deal of $19.99 for one hour of play... and on 'Winning Wednesdays' I was supposed to be offered 30% off that price... why wasn't I? Who the hell knows). This 'pass' gave them 33 credits to use. My children dispersed and went on to look at the games. What the heck kind of games do they offer now? Coin games, for children? That you get one singular coin to throw down. Spinning wheels... a water gun game with no water... games that literally last 20 seconds, if that. Games that in my opinion are not age appropriate for little ones... something that Chuck E Cheese is known for. What happened to all the fun interactive games? Oh... I know. They were replaced by the gigantic bounce / play place area that costs EXTRA to get into. So, here I am, having already paid $100 for 3 kids... just for them to be begging me to go into the play place that would have cost more. Unfortunately being that I never expected to pay that much in the first place I couldn't allow my children in. So I have a crying 3 year old and 2 boys who are saying they're bored of the games offered and asking to leave. Kids being kids, they spent all of their credits by the time we wanted to leave anyway. We go up to the counter, assuming that after spending that amount of money, we'd have a nice accumulation of tickets to get a small, but decent prize. Nope. Much to our dismay, my eldest child had the most tickets, which only amounted to 150 of them... and guess what his choices were? Plastic junk and candy. And maybe the worst offense of all? Why stamp our arms on the way in if NO ONE checked them on the way out? It was dark outside. I am a woman and was alone with 3 kids. What if someone had just grabbed one of my children while they were on a game and walked right out with them? Why is no one at the door checking stamps on the way out? Absolutely insane. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this once amazing place that I have great memories...
Read moreWhy a three star? While the service and atmosphere in this location is great, fun and the food is enjoyable, I have to say that the safety for the children that attend the location is lacking. We had a party with a good amount of parents and same amounts of kids. During the time that we were there no one was worried about having to run around the bigger kids ( 7, 8 and 9 year old's) because to our knowledge the kids are not allowed to leave without there respective adult. When we were about to leave our lives turned red for a good whole 5 min or so. We could not find one of the smaller (5 year old) kid. We started a search in the bathrooms, under the tables, where ever we thought a kid could hide. We even asked the employee that was at the entrance checking everyone in and out if he seen a kid leave alone. He said no. We continued our search, I had two of my own and had one of the birthday boys, while our host (mom of the birthday boys) was franticly searching for the boy. We noticed one of the other mom was no longer inside of the location. I decided to go outside and see if she had the other birthday boy. I was going to walk out with all three kids. No need to say that the codes would not be the same. The employee that was checking verified all four codes and let me go. This is when my heart just sunk, if he let me leave with a boy that was not mine, what could of happened to birthday boy number one??? At that moment I asked for the manager in charge. The employee that was checking just vanished and who I assumed was his supervisor toke his place. While I was explaining to the manager the situation, we found birthday boy number one. He did leave the facilities with another mom. She was outside waiting for us. This is why only 3 stars. This is a situation that must be address by Chuck E. Cheese safety management. Please have in mind that predator's are just waiting for a chance like this to do their worse. Yes, I go there because it is better to be safe than sorry. To management please step up to the plate with solutions to this very...
