I was a long time shopper of this particular location and in the past had a good experience. I was a regular customer until I moved further out east on December 30, 2018 I decided to drive out to Just For You Beauty . I asked to see a wig and began to examine the curl pattern and lace front parting, this is not my first time I have several times in the past touched and felt the hair of the wig and examined the curl pattern. However, the male who retrieves the hair the back began to verbally attack me out of nowhere , instead of politely telling me policy had changed in regards to handling display units, He became instantly verbally aggressive and said "what are you doing , you cant do that , your runining the hair" . I literlly moved the hair along the lace front line to see how the curls fell, He accused me of ruining the unit and began to speak down to me like I was some wild customer -I was close to tears .I never raised my voice or anything -This same Male employee with dreds helped me so many times in the past and He has allowed me to look at several wigs in the same manner NEVER ONCE did ever say a word about being able to touch the hair. I told HIm it was not my intention to ruin the hair I was simply trying to see how it felt and fell around the lace front parting . He continued with nasty remarks and banter that was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable I was in total shock I seriously dont know why there was such a change. I left the store near tears and drove to Mi Casa Beauty up the road. I will never return or ever recommend this place again the guy seriously scares me and the owners should be ashamed of themselves to allow women to be treated in such a manner and to not care about how thier business is being represented. I urge them if they read this to remove this man and put up signs in regards to what is allowed and what isnt . Shop here at your own risk I recommend females bring a male with them when shopping for hair when the guy with the dreds is working...

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Store is under new management, none of the former employees who were very nice and helpful work there anymore, and owner is racist and is robbing customers. They display prices of items but charge you an increased price without notification at the register. They upcharged me for using my DEBIT card without notifying me, and when I questioned the owner about the price difference he was very condescending and rude, stating many places charge different fees if you pay cash vs card, albeit I paid with a DEBIT card, which is debited as cash. The owner told me it was "common sense" and assumed customary that there is a different price depending on payment methods, as if this were a gas station. ALSO, they are not honoring member points and discounts as previously accumulated. I have been shopping at this store for over a decade, but absolutely will not be going back! Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Just as the racist owner suggested, I will be shopping at Popcorn...

I've been shopping here for the past 5 year traveling 7 miles --so and today experience was horrible '-the black guy at the wig counter was rude and disrespectful --was looking to buy a wig --it was a curly wig I starting touching the curls moved them back to weekend how it looked and He told me that "I COULD NOT TOUCH THE CURLS BUT I COULD TOUCH IT ONCE I BUY IT AND TAKE IT HOME" in the past I have tried them on, moved the hair etc. And have NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO IN THAT MANNER -- I GUESS HE WAS UPSET BECAUSE I INTERRUPTED HIS LUNCH BREAK -- HE PUT I NEW MEANING TO...
