lNew, local, and already iconic — Spy Trail Distillery is exactly what the area needed. Their vodka made from grapes (not potatoes!) is insanely smooth and totally unique, but don’t sleep on the bourbon either — it’s rich, bold, and clearly crafted with care. The vibe is welcoming, and the staff actually knows their stuff without talking down to you. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every pour. Just tried the black tea and it was great. Didn't try with a lemon yet. I bought a straight whiskey and can't wait to try it. I love my hat that I got from the distillery too. I am awaiting to try the taste room coming soon .best of luck in the future...

Just purchased Spy Trail Whiskey at a pop up store. It’s awesome! Very smooth and tastes great. And it’s made on Long Island! Cool looking bottle with some LI history. Recommend grabbing a bottle. I hear they are making their way into local...
