Absolutely the worst place you could ever go when you’re trying to do the right thing. Completely unprofessional! Waited for an hour and a half before leaving. Go somewhere else… Anywhere else!

Well… Today I decided to give them another chance. Drove a half hour to get there for my 2:15 appointment after leaving work early and they told me they could not take me because they were full. I told him again that I had a 215 appointment and they told me that there was nothing they could do it because they were at capacity. If I wanted I could wait in the car for a while. I said no thank you and will never be going back there. And this...

My first experience here was nothing short of terrific. I made an appointment and was taken right at my appointment time. The staff were super friendly and kind. The next time I made an appointment I arrived on time and was informed that they “were full” and I needed to wait in my car to be called on my cell phone. I waited 40 minutes in my car and approximately another 40 inside before I walked out without donating. Hit or miss perhaps, but I’m not sure I will be returning to that location...

I have attempted to donate blood at this location 3 times. 3 times I have been refused. Today I entered at 2:30pm they close at 5pm. I was turned away because they were not taking any more donors at that time. When I looked inside all I saw was workers standing around. If collecting blood is not your priority what is? I will NEVER come...
