For the money they ask for for a motel that has and I quote remodeled rooms I don't think so you'll be able to paint the walls and change the carpets however that is just a temporary fix. The first day I checked in mind you I had just walked in the door and all the sudden my door flew open mind you I did have the deadbolt on and I said excuse me can I help you oh I'm so sorry. A little taken back but after a long flight I just needed to sleep and this was the only place that had availability and I can probably see why I can definitely see why. Regarding to the woman busting through my door turned out that she works there and that is one of the reasons why my non-smoking room which I had to ask for rent like cigarette smoke and I'm not talking about stale smoke somebody was just smoking in that room. And after I got out of my shower because I only had a towel on when this woman walked in my room I happened to look out into the parking lot to see the exact same woman in the parking lot changing into work clothes. Housekeeping they were the worst. I've worked in the food and beverage with hotels on and off for about 20 years. Being that I worked behind the scenes while working at hotels I've seen housekeeping not getting the acknowledgment that they really deserve and I think it's because of places like that and housekeepers like that at this place. Moving forward with the housekeeping they would knock on your door about three times now that's that's being generous bang on your door three times and then stick the key in and open the door. Terrible terrible terrible terrible and they have some nerve charging the money...

On 18-inch snow day, the water main was broken. The hotel manager stayed at front, conducted repair as soon as possible, called snowplow many times on a day.
