Great experience. As always. I've been going since a child. It's nice with young kids as well, because you don't have to worry about them disturbing anyone with their child antics. They can ask questions, go potty, eat snacks, and even lay down while the movie is going. I recommend bringing bug spray, no open flames .. so you can't have citronella candles or anything. They offer pizza, chicken tenders, burgers, fries (cheese fries :P), nachos, fried dough, candy, and ice cream...I'm sure I'm missing something. All the food is made to order. I find the burgers to be really good, but I'd recommend double and maybe split it because the bun is very big and kind of overtakes a single layer. The fries are thin, think: McDonalds, so if you love that style, you'll be happy. I prefer thicker fries, but I still enjoyed them, especially with some cheese sauce. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Monday is the bargain night, so everyone is charged as a child. It is $8 a person vs. the regular $12 per adult & $8 for kids. All in all, I recommend this for a good night out, with a relatively low cost. You can save money by eating before or bringing your own food and drinks! They aren't like the theater that checks your bag and stops you from even bringing in chewing gum šš. You should at least get some popcorn, though. It's really good & buttery; the classic movie...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place RULES!! Ok, as stated, the bathrooms are waaaay outdated, but f you want bathrooms that you could eat off the floor from, what are you doing at a drive-in anyway, right? Itās all part of an authentic retro drive-in experience IMO. And yes, you can bring your own snacks and drink, while still getting some quality food at a reasonable price from the snack bar, if you so choose. The owners are very laid back and seem to really appreciate the patronage. On evenings Iāve been there, the crowds that I have witnessed are also very chill and laid back, no jerks or people looking to make scenes, etc. Itās also pet friendly, but few people bring their pets (Iāve seen 2 so far this year) so you donāt have to worry if youāre not a big animal person. People have been very respectful of each other in my experiences. Credit/Debit cards are accepted as well, so you donāt really need cash either. If youāre looking for a nice evening outdoors while catching a couple of flix in the comfort of your vehicle or on lawn chairs (again, no problem bringing them if you want) and donāt want to break the bank on an evening out, this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMovie was good. Snack bar line moved quickly. I gave 3 stars because 1- they allow dogs and because of this, my son stepped in a pule of poo. He was wearing crocs so it was on the shoe & his foot. So we were stuck with the stench for the entire movie & 2- they allowed cars to drive in in the middle of the 1st movie so that their highlights were in people's eye & creating noise. This happened MULTIPLE times & then the same car decided to move its spot so...more headlights & noise. If cars arrive for the 2nd movie, they should be told that they need to wait until the 1st movie has ended or be directed only to the back row. These vehicles pulled up infront of the snack bar and all around looking for a space. It was VERY distracting and...
