John's Collision — Local services in Town of Little Valley

I was driving to little valley tonight and my vehicle light come on for low tire pressure I notice I was loosing air rapidly so I did make it to Little Valley thank goodness I stopped at Crosbys and there air machine was not working. They referred me to a body shop down the street. When arriving here luckily the sign said open it was 550pm I spoke to one of three guys still working on cars and explained my situation and asked if he could give me some air he yes said for $5.00. I told I would pay whatever if he could fix my tire for me to make the hour trip back home. His attitude immediately changed and advised me that he didn't have any air hoses that worked I explained to him that I could possibly be stranded an hour away from home He boldly told he couldn't help me. I then asked if I could use the phone he stated they didn't have one. What kind of established business doesn't have a phone. Very poor customer service especially for being in the middle of nowhere when your sign said OPEN As a corporate business owner if one of my employees ever turned someone away especially if they were from out town and no one help them. They would be unemployed . Definitely not very good way to represent the company...

My immediate family, my Grandmother and a few of my aunts have been going here for years and my aunt and grandma drive by atleast 3 other shops that are much closer to where they live . That should tell you all...
