Empire PC & Repair — Local services in Town of Lockport

What i do not understand is this, I took my PC in knowing some of the things it most likely needed, New windows Platform as in Windows 7 or 8 etc. Also Possible drivers for the Motherboard and On Board Integrated HD Graphics and Driver components for BIOS updates.( I could've just fixed it myself but wanted to Pay for the Convenience) After taking it in they did stress tests on the PC, Which they said resulted in a bad Power Supply even though the PC and its power supply powered up JUST FINE before i took it in (Sabotaged) Ran the stress test hard to short out the Power supply or possibly by other means. Did i break it? NO. So then i am told it needs a new power supply therefore i have them put a new one in THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR. Call...PC is ready, bring it home..it is in the same state it was when i brought it in except with a new power supply!!...So i take it back in they have it for a good 7 days saying tests were being ran etc. Proceeds to tell me that i can only use one stick of RAM at a time to not have the PC have the same problems. After getting it back home and doing my own COMMON SENSE "Diagnostics". I had the Desktop up and running with both sticks of RAM and i Updated the BIOS which was never even looked at obviously. Then i just increased the amount of voltage going to the RAM-slots by +0.06v. and have not had a problem since.

So, when i brought my PC in they just held onto it..Committed a crime, The money they got from me was basically for storage of a small desktop. Yeah...

Recently I had the extreme bad fortune to have my hard drive crash, over heat, and basically go caput. However, I had the extreme good fortune to choice Empire PC and have them install a new hard drive for me. All my data was saved and transferred successfully. I always had an army of tech savvy people both staff and students to support me on any and all technical issues and never had to go "outside" for problem resolution. Now that I do not have that technical support at my finger tips any long, I feel blessed and relieved to have discovered Jerad Forsyth and his team.
