Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Lockport

I am ok with Tim Hortons to a point. I am not really a fan of places that are stagnit in terms of what is made. Most everything does not change. Does not improve. Computers are disorgonized. Many items, many pages, many ways to easily destroy someones orders. Many buttons like (ah la carte) that dont get used so people pay the same price even if they dont want certain things on there food. Drive thru is great, as long as orders dont exceed 2 to 3 drinks, or sandwiches, or combinations. Get bad when people want 30 dollar worth of item. And the bosses are yelling cause they expect time to always be low. 2min at drive thru order sreen to 25 seconds at the actual window. To cash people out and hand them what they wanted. Lots of people buying gift card in drive thru when they should be coming in to buy them. Holidays are now here. But the baker cannot make christmas donuts because the sprinkes are not the colors that r needed to make the christmas feel. One box says red. U look in and it is hot pink. Look in the box thats says green and u get lime green. Pink= Light purple. Blue is ocean blue. For me to many reasons not to ever give a place like this a...

I love Tim Hortons and normally never have bad experiences, however this location has given me and my girlfriend food poisoning.

We ordered 2 drinks, a hashbrown and some egg bites. A normal meal for some normal people. While we were waiting for our food, we noticed there was a container sitting RIGHT next to the food area with a bunch of broken egg shells and egg whites all over. I could picture in my mind the little bacteria rubbing their hands together like some comically evil supervillain as they crawled over the side onto the counter top and spread their filth all over my food.

There needs to be better sanitation standards where there arent egg shells and raw egg whites all over the area where the food is prepped. My girlfriend and I were up all night with the bubble guts and I was chugging nausea medication and ginger ale trying not to throw up.

Order ahead in the app because you're in a rush and want to save time, right? Don't bother with this site. I went inside to get it since drive thru had 6 cars still waiting to order when I arrived. The workers are walking around, talking, eating ice out of a cup between waiting on customers and give no explanations such as "it's almost ready" or "we're waiting on such and such" but instead keep asking me what I'm waiting on😡 "I'm waiting on the mobile order I placed 20 minutes ago for 2 iced capps and 2 bagels and at the moment, you're holding on the bacon, now that the eggs were cooked!" Then I still had to wait for the bagels! No one apologized for the wait. It would have been faster to go through the drive thru since all those cars AND MORE had already ordered, gotten their food and LEFT before I did. If you have 8 employees walking around, WHY DOES IT TAKE...
