Back again! About a month after I came in to get my dress, I was back again because my veil and jean jacket came in (I got the accessory package - TOTALLY worth it if you see even one extra thing in the shop that you want to get). I came in at noon on a Friday right after they opened, and Amy helped me. You can just tell she is someone that really loves her job. I ended up purchasing two hair pieces as well, and she was super accommodating when I was picking them out. I was having trouble deciding, so she brought me in to one of the dressing rooms and put the hair pieces in for me and let me look in the mirror so I could get a better idea - which was super helpful. She also was kind enough to take some pictures of me wearing my jacket, since I went to pick up everything by myself. AND YOU KNOW A GIRL’S GOTTA HAVE PICS TO BRAG.
Again, I would 1000% recommend this place as a first stop for your wedding dress (and accessory!) shopping journey. I absolutely love my jean jacket with my embroidered soon to be new last name on it. I am going to wear that thing everywhere humanly possible for the next year!!!!

This was my first (AND ONLY) bridal dress shopping appointment… because I found THE ONE and said yes to the dress here!
If you can swing it, booking the private suite appointment is totally worth it. It gave me that extra 30 minutes at the end that I ended up needing, as well as the privacy to go about my appointment without other people around - other than myself, my stylist, and the two people with me (my mom and mother-in-law).
Now, my stylist Cassandra… literally amazing and such a sweet, gem of a human. I loved her whole vibe. She really listened to everything I was saying and all the feedback I was giving. When I got there she had picked out some dresses I had sent the shop the day before from their Pinterest boards, ready to go. There was one from that first lot that was a solid contender, what ended up being my 2nd place dress. But the winner was a dress that Cassandra had picked out for a second round of dresses. They say when you know, you know. And I knew it was the one when I tried it on with the veil and started crying.
The whole concept of the place is amazing. You cut out the middle man. No waiting MONTHS for the dress to come in. What you see is what you get. And really is a big stress reliever to be able to bring it home with you same day and know you have it.
I think the only place I probably could have had a better experience at is their sister store Heart to Heart in Webster; if I hadn’t found my dress here, that was going to be my next stop.
8/9/2025. 318 days to go until my big day. I can hardly wait to party all night long in my dress!
I would 100% recommend Two Hearts as the first stop to anyone on their...
Read moreBridget was my dress stylist and she was phenomenal! She had a clear vision for my appointment to identify what I liked and expertly structured it to help me narrow it down to the dress I ended up choosing that day. She has great energy and created a really positive vibe during my appointment. I had a zoom call with Natalie prior to my appointment to help pick out a few dresses to start with, and they were all set up in a dressing room when I got there. Within 15 minutes I felt like I already had a selection of serious contenders for my dress. The dress I chose ended up not being one that I had originally picked but one that Bridget had chosen. She was well versed about their stock of dresses and when I would tell her which features I liked or didn’t like, she immediately had dresses in mind to suggest to me. I will also say getting to try on dresses that were nearly my size made a huge difference in being able to envision what the finished dress will look like on me. My MOH took pictures of me in each dress I tried on, and after scrolling through them after my appointment, I still feel confident I chose the dress I liked the best that day. I went back a week later and Bridget helped me again to pick out a veil and a hair accessory. We had gone to another bridal salon the day before Two Hearts and the experience was like night and day. The prior visit had no real structure and I felt like I was on my own trying to figure out what I liked or what to do next. Bridget really knew how to move the appointment in the right direction, and I would highly recommend working with her. I also worked with Amy a little bit at the end of the appointment, and she was kind and helpful as well. Just a couple of notes to be aware of: there is a no return policy on the dresses you purchase and they are sold as is (so make sure to look them over for any damage), and they do not have a seamstress on site (but they did recommend a seamstress to me). The other nice thing is that you get to take the dress home that day, and don’t have to worry about supply chain delays. Thanks again for the positive experience Two...
Read moreHad a pretty bad experience with one of the saleswomen. My sister was there to dress shop. Her venue is a conservative church, with strict modesty standards for the wedding dress. She settled on one she loved, which happened to have an open back (something I was pretty sure wasn't going to be approved, and the dress must be approved for the venue-again the venue being her choice, though I’m sure it is a rule that would seem silly to most). So I simply asked, in a pleasant tone, if the back would be that low after the alterations (the dress of course being too big and clipped back to give you an idea of the fit). She was extremely sarcastic with me. Was very snide in saying” well of course! We are going to let her go down the aisle like this, just leaving the clips right on there!” Making fun of me in front of the group. She also did nothing to help choose accessories that would be useful, what type of veil would go with the dress, nothing. Not impressed.
Edit about the response: The comment not being “to me”, but to another person doesn’t change the fact that it was a direct response to my very legitimate, non-confrontational inquiry. (This feels like an excuse my child would make) I am not an idiot. Obviously the clips being on the dress isn’t what I meant. It was rude, not fun or funny. And this was the only salon my sister had been to. She had no other experience to compare it to. My other sister had visited a different bridal shop a few months prior to this and had a very sweet sales woman, who spent time with helping her find veils and accessories tailored to her style and the style of the dress she ultimately chose. It was stunning to me to see the difference when this shop has such outstanding reviews. I included this because I feel like people who don’t know what other shop experiences are like should know the other possibilities for how they could be treated. And just because someone is present on FaceTime instead of in person does not mean they are entitled to...
