Friendly Party Rental L.L.C. — Local services in Town of Manlius

Would not recommend. Was in contact with them days before or wedding to get insurance information. Day of they were supposed to be there at 8 am. Their policy says they will call in their way. By 830 we didn't hear from them. Called multiple times no answer. Messaged on Facebook they read it but didn't respond. Sent an email, finally they called back to say they got in an accident and all the chairs and tents broke, they had no replacements for anything so "the best they could do was a full refund". We scrambled to find chairs from another company. The company that saved our day told us they cancel last minute often... that apparently they're "nice people and cheap prices but it's just the two of them and they cancel alot" luckily we got married on a weekday so the other company had availability, if it was a weekend we would have had no chairs for our ceremony nor our reception. The kicker is, for weeks I've been subscribed to their email list where they are advertising all of the rental items available including the items that supposedly were ruined in the crash... anyways. Wouldn't recommend this...

We are a catering company and have used many different rental companies for various events. I was very happy and completely satisfied with the quality of the products I ordered. We ordered a 30x40 tent that was very clean and they did a great job setting it up for us. We also had high top tables, 5ft rounds and some 6'rectangulars along with white chairs. Everything was in great shape and very clean. They arrived when they said they would be there. The best thing is that they will do same day drop off and pick up on the weekends. This is very important as many of the new barn type venues book for multiple days on the weekends. They require you to have same day drop off and pickup, Most rental companies do not do this. I was initially nervous about booking with a lesser known rental company in the Clay/Cicero area, but I would highly recommend Nicole and her team! I was able to adjust delivery time with a quick phone call, and Nicole responded promptly to any messages I left before and after booking. Delivery and pick up were as scheduled, tables and chairs were clean and in great condition. A quick wipe down was all that was needed. The round table was an older sturdy wooden table, but matched fine with table cloth. We had our own tent, and opted to set up and take down tables and chairs - which was a breeze, even in extreme heat. Friendly, prompt and reliable...
