Guys are scammers, stay away!!! I’m a 100% disabled vet. Served in the navy as a SEAL most of my enlistment. I bought three new Harley’s in the last two years and will 100% never buy anything from this Harley Dealership. I just moved back home from San Diego and registered my 2024 CVO ST last week and needed an inspection sticker. The tech failed my bike for an almost perfect rear tire. I know it’s not even close to being bald so I have them show me why it failed. Service guy was a good dude and tried to be loyal to his tech but he tested it before sending it back and again in front of me and said he couldn’t find the problem. These Harley’s techs are failing good bikes to get their quotas. I have had over 8 bikes in the last 4 years, I always work on my own. This is a brand new bike I got to buy n ride. I ended up driving to Hillside garage around the corner and passed it with flying colors like a brand new Harley should. If you’re one of my friends, I’m fighting you if you go here. If you need something fixed I’ll help you do it for free or refer you to some place different. OEM parts are inferior and way overpriced. Stay away from their oils and maintenance products. Google is your friend and can confirm this.
Harley Davidson is one of the last great american companies and is failing because of dealerships like this. The reason ppl are switching to INDIANS smh. Attached is a picture of my tire they failed me on and a picture confirming I passed my inspection at...
Read moreI wish I could give this place zero stars. I don’t even know where to start. The service manager Shannon, and I use the term manager loosely, doesn’t know what she is doing and it shows. She gives false information about warranties and service and has a despicable attitude, her attire was shameful and at least 2 sizes too small, my fiancé and I were disgusted. This is not the way you expect to deal with a manager of any business. You have to talk to the other guy who works service to get anything done correctly, I believe his name was EJ. I found in my few hours of being there that the goofy guy walking around looking like a hole in the wall is actually the General Manager. The fact that he is there and his service manager is such a poor excuse for a manager and he allows it has solidified my choice that I will be making the trip to Spitzies from now on. I will say the ladies I dealt with over in the clothes were great. There was another kid at the front desk who was more worried about his phone than any customer in the store including myself. I can’t imagine this place will get any better. It’s only gotten worse...
Read moregreat bunch of friendly folks.. bonus veterabs discount on merch!!! Riding through the Adirondacksv and a buddies wife joined us fir the week. At one rest stop I notice her back tire was bald down the middle. The next morning I called 3 dealers to see who could squeeze her in. Service said "let me look and Will call you back" an hour later he called and asked if we could be there in 2 hours.. we got there early and they took it right in. While at lunch they called to say her rear bearings were bad and highly suggested to get them done while the rim was off. They even gave a nice discount on the bill. We bought her a Gremlin Bell and were looking for a good place to install it before we left. One of the mechanics came out got down in the hot parking lot and tied it on for her. THANK YOU ALL for saving our week of riding. You exemplify what dealers are supposed to be.. and will always be a stop for us everytime we pass within 100 miles of...
