PC Innovations was recommended by a computer-savvy friend as the place he goes to when he’s stuck. When my laptop started breaking down, I took it there wondering if I should replace it rather than repair it. They explored various options, and it turned out that replacement was the best. When I went in, I didn’t realize they sold computer products as well as repaired them. Their price for what I wanted was the same as at Best Buy, and they give a lifetime warranty. So I explained to her that I was having a Windows issue and she freaked a little and kept asking me if I was running Windows on a Mac. So I explained to her that Bootcamp and Parallels were virtual partitions that allowed running both the Mac OS and Windows and that I would like to speak with someone that understood what they were. She then said "No need to get nasty". She had someone else to answer in order to tell me that they couldn't help me. I was not nasty. I made an explanation and a request.
