If someone tells you part of their meal is luke warm, you offer to warm up in microwave. Why not just remake the part of meal that was luke warm, you gave me something that was just sitting there and not fresh, shame on you! Why not just remake part of the meal that is luke warm. I spent 15 bucks for rice and dried out not spicy like I requested chicken, I couldn't even eat the chicken. Then you complain about black boys using your bathroom, if it's not available to public remove sign that says bathroom. Another family complained stating they weren't able to utilize bathroom while they dined, also black. Another black family complained even after they purchased a couple drinks and used the bathroom... Your response was I only have one cook on hand, they CAN NOT stop cooking just to cash you out for a couple drinks. However all the kids go to the same school! That Part! My meal was terrible, and after I paid ate 15 dollar rice, I was given the lunch menu size and not dinner. I would not have posted, However after paying and bringing to your attention part of my meal was luke warm and the only option was to reheat and not an I apologize let me remake that for you, knowing we were regular customers, is beyond me. Tell me why I have lived in Avon over 8 years now and no one has told me about Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant in Honeoye Falls??? I would always drive to henrietta to get good chinese. But even that has gone down hill. We were coming back from Victor tonight and my husband asked if I wanted to stop. Initially I said no. I thought it would just be some hole in the wall place with disappointing food. We turned around and gave it a shot and boy was I wrong!!! The place is super clean, decorated nicely, a nice seating area, the owner at the counter she took about 20 mins to talk to me and explain how they make their egg rolls and dumplings by hand daily. They shop for their veggies atleast 3 times a week locally. She explained how they do their sauces a little different to add more flavor, she even gave me samples of 2 different entrees. I was blown away with the freshness and the flavor of the food. Nothing like I have ever had before. 10/10 all day. This is a great hole in the wall for fast, affordable, yummy Chinese. The menu may read like it's from 1955(- who has "chop suey" anymore?) and the decor is outdated, but the flavors are really good. I've made large takeout orders twice and there's been no mix ups- and the total has been almost shockingly low. **If you pay with cash you get two free egg rolls. I also like hot and sour soup- got it twice from here- didn't have any of the bleach problem another review mentions. The pork dumplings are nice and juicy. I wish the dumpling wrappers were a little more substantial- I tend to like more doughy/chewy dumplings- like bao or steamed bun style- but this place isn't selling dim sum, so I'm happy with nice the flavorful filling, and even when steamed, the dumplings don't fall apart in your hands. The pork fried rice is great! It has a ton of pork chunks and isn't too greasy. Same with the pork loin mein. One thing- even if you ask, they don't make things very spicy. Next time I'm getting chili flakes...
