This place saved my Fathers day weekend and I will forever be grateful to them for it. Let me start by saying I'm electronically illiterate. I was planning on going to a Jeep event for a year with my son. A day before I was leaving I tried to wire up a new set of LED for lights. The results were disastrous. After hooking them up, my HID head lights wouldn't work. My fog lights were looking like a 4 year old installed them. Wires were coming from under my hood and run into my door. Wires were on top of the motor melting. It was really bad. And I had no time to fix them. The weekend was paid for. It was do or die. I walked in around 4:30 begging for help and almost in tears. Kim did all she could do to assure me that it was going to be ok and they would have me up and running in time to get down there. I was skeptical. No way was this going to be resolved quickly. She and her husband John were so helpful and understanding of my situation. They did everything in a professional and courteous manner that I have never in my life seen before. They assigned my Jeep to one of their techs, I believe his name was Eddie. A great guy with a ton of knowledge. He tore through my birds best of charred wiring and hopelessness, and rewired everything. By 6pm I was ready to head out, everything wired correctly and working right. It is unreal how good these people are. I have never seen service like this or met nicer people in my life. I didn't have a clue who they were before that Friday afternoon, but today they have a fan for life. I will not only use them from here on whenever I need electronics for my Jeep but I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Oh, and by the way, I attempted my disaster in order to "save" money. Well my time is money. They were so reasonably priced. I really didn't save anything with mess I made. I only wasted time. Had I avoided the problems all together and just went directly to Sound FX I would've...

I have been looking for somewhere to help me with my system in my car and I'm more than happy that I decided to come here. After going to a few different places and getting "advice" Sound FX is the only place I would recommend to anyone needing service. First, it's a family owned business so you get input from a man as well as a woman, and this couple is more than honest. They are very informative and there's no doubt that they know their stuff very well!!! I went in for help with my radio which definitely did need an upgrade, and I received that as well as what I needed to fix my rear camera. Oo and don't expect to be bored while you're in there cause I could've sat and talked with Kim for hrs. They are all down to earth. Definitely the ONLY place I will go from now on!!! Back for a 2nd install of a radio and backup camera on another car... "Out of stock radio" "parts on back order" those would be the worst words to hear when you want something, right, but when it comes to sound fx, if you could only hear the way they call their suppliers, and the manufacturers, and even start searching competitors shops on the web to locate what you need and get it in for their customers asap, only then will you understand what treating customers the way you want to be treated means. This family owned business is the best for treating customers with respect and making sure they are more than satisfied. I have been a Long time customer of Sound FX and i Like John and Kim and the rest of their crew who have always taken care of Me and My Family and I have Recommended them to Many others and will continue to Recommend Sound FX to Many others. I have had Car Alarm Remote Starter Systems put in My Cars and My Family's Cars as well. Also, I have had them Upgrade My Headlight Bulbs from the OEM Halogen Bulbs to HID Bulbs in the past and then to LED Bulbs which I still have in Both of My Cars. Also I have had Sound FX install LED Lights in My Car in the Glove Box, In the Trunk of My Camry and in My Wife's Rav4 LED Light strips under the Foot Wells and LED Light strips in the Rear Cargo area that lights up the back at night extremely well. I Will be in the near future from this review have them also Add the LED Light Strips under the Foot Wells in My Camry and maybe also I might consider Upgrading My Car Alarm Remote Starter to the Compustar T13 Pro.
