I’ve been coming here for almost seven years. The staff knew me and the owners son and cousin who run the place knew that I recommend a lot of coworkers from a local company(apparently in the conversation we had on the phone he never asked me to do that although in the last seven years I must have recommended over fifty customers ).I had made a purchase of full cheese pie with red onions and feta cheese on top. When my wife got home with the pie I noticed they made the same mistake they have made once before and instead of a full cheese pie with red sauce and half with onions and feta on top they made half of the pie with only feta and onions no red sauce. When I called to see if they where going to do the right thing and make the pie the correct way or the way I wanted it originally the owners son told me the best he could do is give me a $5 credit for the future and that he couldn’t make a new pie on the house because it cost him $19 for that pie (which we all know that’s not how much it cost him but how much they charged). He had a little bit of an attitude and did not want to admit he made the wrong pie instead suggested he teach me how to order the pie the correct way in the future. If it was a my first time coming here or it was there first time messing up, it might of been aceptable. Being that I used spend about $150 or more a month on lunch and dinner I think remaking the pie would have been the right thing to do. I am a big believer in customer service and this was a good example of poor customer service. This happened about two months ago and I have not made any orders or have gone there and instead have gone to the other local pizzerias in the area who are giving me great customer service. Don’t get me wrong marinas makes great pizza and if it wasn’t for these incidents i would highly recommend them but because of there poor customer service is the reason I decided to give them one star. There are also certain instances when I have called and feel rushed or have gotten a little attitude, also when I have gone there in person. Businesses need to be reminded no matter how great there product is they wouldn’t be there with out there customers. I will not return nor recommend them going forward unless I receive an apology and get that pie on the house. I work to hard to spend my money somewhere they do not do the right thing. Even if there ego...
Read moreUpdate 7/11/2022: Went here on 7/8/2022 to order pizza and a spinach roll. We got the same pizza that we got last time with tomato, eggplant, olives and onions. We also ordered the spinach roll. We did have to wait longer than usual. the quoted time was 30-40 minutes. When we got there, it was in fact busy, so that's a good thing. The pizza was great, and i enjoyed the spinach roll this time, as there was more spinach than cheese. No upcharge for using a credit card, and relatively cheap. Will be back here soon! Update 6/11/2022: Went here again today to order pizza. We ordered the same pizza we got last time, which was with olives, onions, peppers, and tomato. We also got a spinach roll and an peperoni roll. The pepperoni roll and pizza was delicous! We also brought a snapple in which cost 1.75, as they were in the fridge and i wanted one. We called ahead, but still had to wait 5 minutes. However, this wait wasn't as bad as last time. paid about $15.00 which isn't bad. enjoyed the pizza and the other food, and will be back soon! Original: Before i start, i've been here several times before, as they have their dine in service (which isn't terrible, but i don't really like the small menu for their dine in service.) Went here yesterday (5/27/2022) to take out some pizza for dinner. We called up and asked if we could pretty much make our own pizza. We had the toppings of eggplant, tomato, olives and onions. We also ordered a cheese calzone, and a sausage and pepper calzone. We placed our order and they quoted us for 35 minutes. We got there, and had to wait a little bit, probably for the calzone, they were also really busy. Finally it was ready and we took it home. Cost was okay. Also this is one of the few places that don't charge 3% for using a credit card, just an fyi. Man, the pizza was delicous! The sauce was about right, there were lots of toppings, and nothing was too overpowering! I didn't eat the calzones, as there was too much cheese in it, and i'm not a fan of too much cheese. my dad liked it tho! May be back to at least order this...
Read moreThe manager allowed a female waitress and a curly haired cashier to “plop down” a paper plate of pizza on a table of a client & leave the table full of empty used cups, plates, etc. All of this tacky rude behavior happened after the client was waiting for over 30 minutes for a slice of pizza to be warmed up in the pizza oven with a pin wheel. The curly haired cashier didn’t even acknowledge nore apologize for forgetting to take the pizza & pinwheel out of the oven. The ice cream dessert was sat on the table before the pizza & pinwheel. We had to ask about the pizza & pin wheel to even get it to eat. Then the hostile waitress plopped it down on the table & walked away. A couple of days earlier a different cashier who was tall brought our food over to our table and kept the table very clean by taking away the empty dishes etc. I use to get great service from this place many years ago with my late husband. The Manager was sitting directly across from us listening to what was happening yet completely ignored the Bad Service that his employees gave us. I would never go to this restaurant again because the Staff is very Tacky. Rotten Apples don’t deserve my hard earned money...
