The worse experience ever. First of know that they overbooked you and do not owed up to it. I had an appointment for today which by the way when I got there they were telling me it was for tomorrow, thank goodness I had the proof on the text messages I received from them stating the appointment was for today. Yesterday I call they told me they were able to see me and call me just a few minutes before to tell me that the electricity went off and that they couldn’t take me. I went today waited about almost 3 hours and by the way while waiting I witnessed how they weee calling their patients and telling them that the air conditioner was not working and to some that the electricity was not working which by the way it was and saw how they actually lied to me yesterday more than likely because they over booked patients. After the wait the lady in charge tells me that they weren’t going to see me and came to find out that everyone was gone, beginning with the doctor, director and all and they weren’t taking any more patients. It completely disgusts me the way these places work playing with everyone’s time and schedules as if they do not count only theirs. Also lying to their patients and telling them that there is no electricity or AC just so they can leave earlier. 08/07 I came in on an emergency visit ,called in and was told by Maddie to come in today if I need to , so I get hear mind you driving in from queens NY , I arrive and this young lady was sitting at the front desk looking up appoint while I’m trying to explain why I’m hear to the young lady another woman sitting off behind her is constantly talking and complaining about something to the young lady while I’m speaking to this young lady , and I found that to be rude , and every time I started talking she kept interrupting , And she had no regards what’s ever very rude , she went to the back to get my dentist and loudly called me The I rated woman and then called the security officials on me because when she ask me if I’m alright like she is stupid or something a yelled out NO so she called security on me to have me sit somewhere else and the young lady told me to sit down 🪑 n the same area not all the way up in the front Mellisa is a rude woman and she is obnoxious and cold hearted Imagine I come for an emergency visit and was treated like garbage Touro is usually a friendly place but this broad was nasty so watch out for Mellisa she is...

The school used to be good back when I first started coming here in 2020. The student dentists I had at the time we’re so caring and nice and they helped me so much but unfortunately, the students here graduate after two years and the new ones they assigned me couldn’t care less. All they did was lie to me and waste my time. I wanted them to see if my insurance would cover a bridge implants or a crown. I was supposed to go to my appointment this coming month, but I spoke to the billing department to find out what my insurance will cover. They told me that nothing was ever submitted to them and the next appointment was only to meet with a specialist. I was even supposed to get my teeth cleaned since June but the time before my last appointment they told me there was no time when I went back they said the same thing now I have to look for a new dentist which I struggled so much to find a decent one I hope I find one that...
