U did not educate me in any ways I did not call to ask for the value of each and ever card I asked if u new if. I had any hits your were very rude all u said was (eBay last sold ) I was not trying to sell u anything yet u guys repeatedly said your not interested and I have text to prove when I said there not for sale when I come in there is no help other then the girls in the front and I walk around for a bought 30 min no one says what u want or even hey how u doing why would I make this up u are never available and only the two girls out front do there job u have a issue with helping your customers because your busy then don’t run a business I spend money there every time I come and it’s not worth the headache I’m new to the hobby so I might ask dumb questions but u guys really suck at helping your customers u didn’t even understand what I was asking u for or what I wanted that’s my whole point u don’t take time for your customers

Update to the owners response My point is u don’t as a owner should be available for your customers and take the time to answer them I waited for your call for abought two hours from when the lady said u were busy and to call back later and so I did and she said u were still busy then when I do get a text back it was just that your not interested and to check eBay do u understand my frustration I wasn’t selling u anything why aren’t u interested and if u had took the time to tell me to come in I would have but didn’t it’s the way u handle me as a customer that spends hundreds every single time he comes in u should give me some time to get what I want across and for me to understand u your service is bad and I just don’t get why the truth would upset u this much if u have video of the girls helping me then u have video of me spending more and more every time I came so don’t make it seem like I’m on a tirade or making stuff up this is my honest rating of u and your shop

By the way the pile of cards I brought in was Korean prismatic I bought from u so u didn’t help with nothing I told her b 4 I purchased them that I knew nothing of the hobby and was just getting back she suggested thoes cards for good hits and I asked what I got that was it I didn’t sell nothing to u ever or ask to sell your were the very first store I visited while getting back into cards and u ruined it for...
