So, this was horrible! My mom had a knee replacement surgery. She was on a scooter. It was fully charger. We got up to the checkout. I went first. She came through and her scooter died. She got it to go again. It barely went forward. There was a line of people behind her. I tried pulling her. The lady behind her tried pushing her. My mom is not a big person. The cashier was laughing. My mom was not happy. She was clearly upset that she was stuck. We were asking for another scooter or a way to get her out. We asked for a manager. A lady came over. The manager lady was saying that she "didn't care if the scooter stayed there all night." We were telling her that my mom can't walk because she had surgery. The lady and cashier were laughing the whole time. I told them that it was not funny. I explained again that my mother just had surgery on her knee and cannot walk. My mom was clearly in distress. The lady finally got a cart guy to bring a scooter over, but he parked it way behind my mom. My mom hurt herself trying to squeeze between the candy rack and the scooter and had to walk with her cane, that she just happened to bring, to the scooter that he parked over behind the table behind her. My mom hurt her shoulder also that she had replaced not too long ago in the process. She was embarrassed by all this. No one should be laughed at in their time of distress. It was uncalled for. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMOLDY PRODUCE every time I go in there. Last time I said something to the chick at the meat counter and she barely acknowledged me, so I went to the customer service desk. After talking to the manager who was professional I walked back to finish my shopping and as I walked back past the meat counter the same disgruntled frumpy b* was talking to her co-workers like "yeah i've realized with customers like that you can never make them happy" I went up to her like "oh, so you're talking about me?" She looked like a cat that got caught with the canary and fumbled "uh uh no. I was talking about someone else." I played dumb like as though that was the case (lulz) I said, "either way, not very professional to talk about ANY customers" then I had to go back and discuss with manager. I told manager, it would be easier for me to NOT say anything, continue to buy my produce elsewhere. However on this particular day I wanted to let them know what the issue is which takes time out of my personal time. If I had an elderly loved one I would not let them shop here in case they missed seeing the mold.
