Amish Valley Sheds LLC — Local services in Town of North Collins

BEWARE!!! This “company” told me I could place a shed in a certain spot sent them pictures and measurements etc. Building department will not let me put a shed there, come to find out. I did put a $750 deposit down which they refused to return. Beware of them telling you you can place a shed anywhere on your property and as many as you want it is simply not true. They will do it simply for the sale and then keep your deposit. I canceled within 30 hours of making a mistake of handing them cash. This guy is harassing, unprofessional, and just a plain liar. He’s keeping $750 of my money! He will not return my $750 cash. Scam. IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT BELOW: The statement below is completely false. I have no reason not to tell the truth. He does because he has my money. This has been reported to the attorney general as well as the court system. I will make sure that doesn’t happen to anybody ever again. In addition, the shed that we are talking about was already built so he never lifted a finger to build anything, never moved anything, but still thinks he’s entitled to my $750. We had our shed built onsite at our home today by Amish Valley Sheds. We are beyond thrilled with how it turned out! The team who worked to build the shed was amazing - very polite, and worked so diligently. They arrived promptly, and got right to work! The final project is so beautiful and the quality is amazing. We shopped around a lot, and Amish Valley Sheds was priced very fair, and they were extremely flexible to add some extra things that my husband requested. It was definitely our best decision ever! We got a 12’ x 16’ shed, with a loft and work bench on the inside. We worked with Val from the beginning, and she was the most thorough and professional person! We had a lot of questions, which she rapidly answered and offered great suggestions. From the first time we met her to look at the sheds on her lot to the numerous texts and calls, she never gave the impression that we were inconveniencing her, which was a very pleasant experience for us. And most importantly, her communication was spot on! Everything she said was going to happen throughout the process was delivered exactly as expected! My 10x20 “she shed” needed to be built on site due to fencing limitations. The team arrived at 7:30 AM and the entire build was completed by 3:30 in the afternoon. Noah, Gage and crew worked diligently throughout the day, erecting the shed of my dreams - 1/3 potting shed with a locking front door and a covered porch with railing and the rest storage for garden equipment with locking double doors and an adjustable ramp. I chose a metal roof to match my house and there are screened sash windows at each end for ventilation, as well as windows in all 3 doors for plenty of light. The materials were quality with a variety of options and the build was professional, easily passing city inspection. Valerie of Amish Valley Sheds worked with me on the design, coordinating construction with the builders, and patiently answering my questions. Noah, Gage and the crew were patient with me as well, delivering 100% to my specs. I am one of many HAPPY customers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the right team of professionals to build that PERFECT...
