I had been utilizing this company for a very long time to rent list I used to use the East Greenbush store I used the North Greenbush store one time there Lyft that I rented for a week started not working properly they said they would send somebody out they never did and by the time I brought it back to them after they never sent somebody out they charge me for all those days that it was inoperable $1,000 above what I should have paid I can't believe that they would charge me for a lift not working properly and when I went to discuss it with the management they had nothing to really say besides that this is my charges I have now gone to a different lift company skyworks in Brunswick they have better deals better customer service and work with you if their lift is not operable they will send somebody out and fix it that day so you can finish your job which I could not I had to write another lift just to finish the job on top of the extra $1,000 that they...

I had been going there for a while... bought a small item, less than $6 that didn't work, so took it with me to return.. the girl got the manager involved and he said i could not return it because it had been used... my answer was, that is how i found out it did not work, how else would you know.... he insisted that because i had used it i could not return it.. he told me to get another one... made no sense the product did not do what it said it did,,, he finally said he would give me half my money back... which I just took to be done with them.... what amazes me. for the sake of 3 bucks they were fine to drive away a regular customer...... a business that has so little customer awareness is a risky business to invest in..... thankfully there is a Home Depot right down the road, I am going to drive the extra 2 miles from now on...from my experience, they will always take something back if it...

I own a growing plumbing company and we often need tools that we currently don't own.We use the rental department often for quality tool rentals. The equipment is always clean and in excellent working order. They open at 7:30 am and close late in the evening which I love because I can get what in need to start the day early, work late and still return the tool all in one day.
