Update I moved this from 1 star to 2 star only because the manager did contact me. However he didn't seem to understand that I didn't want new subs, once you are turned off a food the last thing you want to do is eat that same thing again. I paid for pretty much 3 rolls of bread I just wanted my money back toward whatever I decided to try from there next but he wouldn't do that. Why even bother reaching out.
We have ordered the eggplant parm subs here many times and they were always great. Our last experience would have been understanble if they did anything to make it right but the woman did not care, not even a sorry. We had 3 subs so thin they were literally just bread with some cheese and one microscopic strip of eggplant. About 1/4th the usual amount. I even took pictures. I called and told the woman and asked if they changed the way they make them. She said they have not changed and "maybe they will be better next time" I said "well you arn't doing anything so there won't be a next time" she said "ok" and hung up. Yeah i think with the amount of food restaurants around this area they should be a little more caring. This happened at...
Read moreI have had pizza from NYC to aged brick ovens in Italy... I Love NY is by far my favorite and is comfort food that feeds my soul. If you want the best, a pie that defines NY style, yet with it's own touch of upstate making it unique, look no further. I will not recommend anything but this this wonderful, Albany area icon. Everyone I've introduced to I love, has fallen in love. Their food and service can't be beat... From the classics to special iconic I Love slices, you can't go wrong. I haven't been around in a while, but just getting a pizza today, buffalo chicken, reminded me how amazing and uniquely delicious their pizza is. The crust is to die for, the sauce and cheese are killer, and the toppings can't be beat. If you want an example of true NY pizza... This is it. NYC's only difference is a slightly thinner crust, but in my opinion, this is the perfect thickness... And...
Read moreNew years day, middle of the snow storm, grandkids in the car and there was the light. I ran in and ordered. Theybtold me 10 mins and it was 10mins. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice so a 4.5 🌟 for service. The place was cluttered but it seemed to have an organization to it I think they are to busy for for the foot print. It was clean. 3.5 🌟 appearance. The food was disappointing at best. It was just a pizza but that what they do. I have been too other I LOVE NY PIZZA locations and this was nothing like them. Pizza was bland and doughy. The cheese (I saw Grande boxes) didn't stretch. I ate within 15 minutes of the oven. 3 🌟 for food. It wasn't so bad that I'll never go there again. I am going to chalk it up to a bad night. I will update...
