Buffalo's Best Catering by Kim doesn't have to advertise. Once you've attended an event catered by this amazing company you will ask "who catered this wonderful food?" Word of mouth is all it takes! We just had a birthday celebration for my wife and son with 20 people attending. (Not many places will do a smaller party like this.) But, in Kim's case they are out to accommodate and out to please. I had a gluten free guest. Kim made her a special plate of her own. Of course there were other things ordered she could enjoy but the thoughtfulness and wonderful meal that was put together for our guest was just amazing! I can't express the professionalism and the consistency you can expect from BBC by Kim. Each and every time is exactly as it was the last time... PERFECT!!! The delivery man was so courteous and professional! The food was delicious and the prices are more than fair! But the best part is it feels like you are doing business with friends you've had for years. This is one of the best companies you will ever do business with. On September 15 this past Saturday, my son got married to his beautiful bride. My son and his wife had an idea of how they wanted their wedding to go, and they decided to have it catered and not spend an exhorbent amount of money for one day. I was completely apprehensive and scared since I’ve been to so many weddings in the last few years that were done in these posh over priced venues that cost a fortune. I thought, “ How could the food be possibly good and how will we be able to know how much to order, and will there be enough? I never heard of Buffalos Best. That being said, I will tell you Buffalos Best with Kim catering is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!! She assured us that there would be plenty of food and it would be good. Well let me tell you, I will tell everyone how absolutely satisfied we were. There was nothing that we could even complain about. My daughter had her wedding six weeks ago at Salvatore’s, yes two weddings in 2 months and Salvatore’s should go back to the drawing board and learn something from Kim at Buffalos Best. We’re extremely dissatisfied with the food and service. Never go back! 185 people could not brag enough about the food Buffalos Best delivered for my sons wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend this catering company to anyone!! Kim and her team were on top of everything from start to end. She was always very responsive to emails and phone calls. Her team went above and beyond on my wedding day. I had a small wedding and they still took our wedding seriously (some other caterers wouldn’t accommodate us due to the small number of guests). The steamer I gave the venue ended up breaking, and her team took it upon themselves to use their own steamer to make sure the tablecloths didn’t have wrinkles. It was an extra step that they didn’t need to do, but it made a difference. The staff on my wedding day were so kind to me and all of my guests, I felt extremely comfortable with them and they talked to everyone like they had known you for years. Also, the food was incredible. Chicken parm was perfectly cooked (no dry chicken), baked ziti was flavorful, roast beef was tender, and the guests loved the appetizers as well - the buffalo chicken wing bites were everyone’s favorite!
