Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

Was at the Lake and Abbott location today around 835 am on May 11th… I was greeted by a very annoyed and pushy young lady at the speaker, after putting my order in I pulled up to the window. After I paid with a very pleasant young man, the lady that was on the speaker handed me my food my saying “here” and basically tossing it at me. After being treated poorly I asked her name. My 6 year old from the back seat could feel her attitude and said “Jenna is rude” If Jenna truly does not enjoy her job she maybe should find something else. That is not the way anyone should be treated especially on Mothers Day. I will definitely be going to a different location...

We ordered an extra large dark roast with a vanilla flavor shot because of a dairy allergy, a large with one cream, and a plain bagel toasted without butter. When we got to the window we had to send the bagel back because it was buttered. When we got home and opened our coffee’s, both had cream in them. We called the store and the assistant manager apologized and offered to make a new coffee. However, this has been an on going issue and we do not trust them to pay attention to our order. Will not be doing business with this location any longer. Hopefully, this is read and someone will pay attention before someone else with an allergy...

Occasionally I will stop for there promotional ice cappuccino so its Obviously Halloween time 2025 I ordered the peanut butter chocolate ice cappuccino absolutely loaded with sugar might not be for everyone but I like to have enough Sugar to Keep me lit " ☕️🍫" Every time I am in this Location the store is clean there Staff are chirpy friendly & passionate about Buffalo Bills so for me I'll rate 9 stars very impressed with young staff maintaing & keeping up there tim hortons so customer service is Luke the Golden rule #1 and they have that down to a business sales pitch good job i can refer there coffee shop to just...
