I'm disgusted with my experience. I purchased 2 tickets for the jan 2nd 2022 game for my 12yr old son's Christmas gift. We are from ohio, and it would have been my son's first nfl game. He's a huge fan, not sure why, but that wasn't important, I was excited too because he was. If you're a parent you will understand. Anyways, I purchased before the health mandate and thought after they announced vaccine cards, I would get a refund, because of a medical condition I can't get the vaccine. It was $500 and my son's Christmas present. We are 3.5 months away from the game and they said no refund. You're taking a child's Christmas away, it should be criminal. I wouldn't have purchased if the vaccine card was required before purchasing. At the time nothing was required to enter. Everyone and every business should get to decide what is best for them and who and what gets to enter their body or establishment. If you sell something prior to announcing your requirements then I should get a refund. Bad business, horrible experience, and disappointed in the buffalo bills. Good thing they're building a new stadium. This one is old, worn out, and designed so the sound leaves the stadium. The bills fans tried to be loud, but the only stadium I've been in that had less noise was arizona. The volume here isn't even close to mile high...
