Before you decide to try this place out, look at the pictures I provided and read this! This place cost way too much money for the quality of rooms. I got the suite with a jet tub and that’s the only thing that was semi-decent. The reason this is a full one star is for the following issues: The beds are as comfortable as jail mattress, with no padding and hard as a rock(no exaggeration!). The heat turns off after a very short period of being on and sometimes blows cold air. They have ridiculous rules and charge you for using the phone. The shower barely even gets warm. The TV is position in a way where no external device can be used to watch TV, so you’re stuck with their basic cable. They have a dehumidifier that’s just decorative and doesn’t work. The floor of the room, no matter the temp of the heat, will be ice cold 24/7. The jet tub is as loud as a Boeing 747 upon takeoff. This is just an overall bad place to stay. I should’ve gotten red flags when I pulled up because I was the only person renting a room for the night of my stay. Just do your back a favor and go somewhere with a bed that doesn’t feel like concrete.

Worst experience I've had at a hotel. Nothing was cleaned in the room. The bed had hair all over it. Stains all over it. Bedding was clearly not washed in a long time. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Pee on the toilet. The air filter definitely looked like it would give you diseases. And if that wasn't enough the room itself had a horrible smell and was just not in good condition at all. Guy at the front desk was extremely rude and unwilling to help or accommodate at all. I asked him to come to the room to look at it and he refused and just kept saying it was clean. He then also refused any sort of refund. I ended up leaving within 10 minutes that cost me 200 dollars because we got two rooms there. Unbelievable how they are still in business. The pictures don't even capture how bad it was.

If you’re looking for a cheap place with a bed and a roof over your head for the night while roadtripping, this place meets your needs. I’m pinching pennies, so I’m not really complaining. But if you’re wanting a shower that won’t give you fungal infections, a bed that doesn’t feel like sleeping on concrete and creak with every slight move, a tv that works, lamps that turn on, a toilet that’s been cleaned, sheets that are definitely new and clean, and doors without gaps at the bottom, I’d spend the extra money and find somewhere else. I’m not sure if it’s worth the $68 I spent on the room! As a woman traveling solo, I also feel a tad bit unsafe… But I’m grateful for a place to rest my head!

I booked and paid for this room through Expedia about an hour before arriving on property. I was driving from Wisconsin to Maine and wanted to see how far I could get in one day. After driving for 13 hours, I arrived at this hotel around 11pm and the man at the desk attempted to charge me a $200 deposit for my registered service dog. When I advised him that it was illegal for him to do so he told me that the hotel had a "no pets" policy. I told him that service dogs were NOT pets and that I could not legally be charged for her. He refused me the room at 11pm after I had driven all day. He then told me that he would "give" me the room but that my service dog could not go on the bed and suggested that if he thought the room was not clean enough when I checked out that I would be charged the deposit. Honestly, he was very difficult to understand ( I believe that he was from India) and he was very rude. I asked for the name and contact information of the owner, which he initially refused to give me, and I told him that I would be making a complaint. I asked for a refund to which he responded that I needed to call Expedia. When I called Expedia customer service (in India), I was told that this room was "nonrefundable" and that it would be up to the hotel to authorize a refund and that they had a "very clear no pet policy". It has been 3 days and I have yet to get a refund. If I could give this hotel AND Expedia negative...

This place is the worst. We chose it because it was so close to New Era Field, to be fair we weren’t expecting much but knew we wouldn’t be in the room much anyways. ||||Our room was filthy with a really strong mouldy/Smokey smell. ||||When I complained to the owner about how unclean our room was and showed him the photos posted here he did offer us another room after some haggling, however when we looked at it it was equally as disgusting as our original room with an even stronger smell. When I went back to tell him we expected our room to be cleaned or to have a portion of our stay refunded he told me to “get the f*ck out” and told me to call the police while accusing me of threatening him. Was I mad and causing a bit of a scene - yes. Was I in any way threatening him - no. ||||Everyone we spoke with at the game that was local new of this place and said there was no way they would ever stay here. ||||Our door didn’t have a proper lock, our tv didn’t work properly, our toilet ran all night long. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, dust and visible mould in the bathroom and on the ceiling and I’m sure we were breathing in extremely unhealthy air based on the smell.||||If you are going to a Bills game from out of town stay downtown Buffalo and either get an Uber/cab to the game or have a designated driver. The hotel will cost you about the same and the Uber price will be worth it to stay...
