Update: I was notified Dec 16 my hat was finally shipped out. So took 10 business days.
I will say the email support normally got back within 24 hours unless it's the weekend. Why am I emailing support for the Bill's store in Indiana, but the hat ships out in Ohio. I have I rough understanding why, but kind of wierd.
I think if there was PSA header on the Bills Online store that they ran into issues from weather related, system, or staffing I would had been understanding why the longer wait. Getting cookie cutter/ copy and paste generic response isnt cool, See original post below.
I wish they would upgraded my shipping for waiting 10 days to finally ship out a hat that was in stock and not special design. Toss a free discount coupon in appreciation for the long wait.
I give it 2 stars instead of one. Prefer to give 2.5, but the option wasn't isn't there.
Below is picture of the hat I finally got. It is nice looking hat. Wearing a Bills santa hat isn't great idea here in FL during Christmas season as temperature may not be cold enough.
Ordering online is terrible. It has been 9 business days since order has been placed and have yet to be shipped. You can't call just get an automated message.
The description of the hat doesn't say special made or was a pre-order. On the webstore it is still stock and 9 days since order and hasn't been shipped. I understand holiday season but, on there web shop it says 3-5 business days during busy holiday season.
I have emailed for support during business day 7 inquiring when the hat will be shipped. Only got cookie cutter answer. See quotations below.

If you have never been there are men’s, women’s and children’s clothes, hats and accessories. Tons of home stuff, koozies, grilling accessories, glass and bar ware, footballs, posters, gift bags, you name it. A great place to find a gift for the Bills lover who has everything.
Like any sports merchandise it’s a bit pricey. But what you would expect and there is a range of prices so you can usually find something to fit your budget.
I am giving 4 stars because the women’s clothing selection is always just ok. There is so much more variety in the men’s and I am sure it’s because they sell more so they offer more. I feel like the women’s clothing feels like an after thought and then we are stuck picking from styles that feel tired and not very cute. Also in general the t shirt fabrics aren’t great. A lot of cardboard like, heavy cotton fabrics. For the prices they charge a fabric upgrade should be a no brainer. Lighter weights, blends for softness and at least a little mechanical stretch would make the tees more wearable for all.

Read moreApparently the company refuses to order the size jersey you need if the correct size is not in stock. I went to buy a jersey today and they had it available in other sizes but not my common size (large). I asked staff if they could order my size and was told to just keep coming back to see if it comes in, they take no orders for sizes (even though they do stock the size) even if the customer is willing to pay for the order up front. The staff (asian looking guy and blond guy) seemed bothered that I interrupted their conversation at the front desk.
Most businesses will let you order an item they sell if not in stock that day so you can pick it up when it arrives and not play the guessing game of "come back and see." I've done it with multiple other businesses who have no issue ordering something that is out of stock. Either this business is unique in not doing it or the staff was just lazy and didn't want to do the extra work (possible) to handle a custom order. Very weird. I went to another business the same day who said they do take custom orders and told me it is very weird that the Bills store does not so very weird.
I was willing to spend about $200 for a special jersey and other stuff too. Guess they don't...
