Completely unprofessional for such a nice building. Way too disorganized and incompetent. Find somewhere else to get your license. Good luck getting your test done. 4 different people scrambling to figure out why they canāt get a mock test done at a specific time.
Never taught how to do feet or a manicure. Didnāt teach how to paint with regular polish, how to do a pedicure, cut cuticle's. Not sure whatās going on over here, but they sure love to gossip then pretend everything is fine.
Even for the graduation ceremony, they made the graduates wait over an hour, then didnāt even schedule Mock tests until the following week. If you want to overpay for a school with backhanded, fake, incompetent instructors this is the right place for you.
This school continues to waste studentsā time and operate without proper organization. At 10 AM this morning, they confirmed for her to arrive at 6 PM to receive her temporary license and begin one-on-one state exam preparation. When she arrived, the only staff member authorized to issue the temporary license was not present, nor was the assigned instructor. Instead, she was placed with a substitute reading through material she had already completed.

After my original review, the school claimed they wanted to correct their mistakes and offered additional classes to make up for the ongoing issues. Once she finally passed the mock exam, after months of unnecessary delays they began repeatedly contacting me, pressuring me to delete my review through persistent calls and backhanded messages.
I genuinely believed they intended to improve, but their conduct shows otherwise. I personally witnessed the teacher and the front desk employee laughing about the situation while the student was already in class waiting. This pattern of disorganization, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the institution and should concern any prospective student...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām one of those people who barely writes a review about anything. But then I started realizing everything I purchase i instantly look for reviews about that product first. Itās so important to know about others opinions and experiences. Iām here to tell you that unfortunately this school should not be open anymore. I wish someone could report them big time at the point they would have to close doors. I took the nail course 2 years ago and today they texted me on my phone offering me their hair stylist class that starts soon. So it made me remember about writing this: the nail course you donāt learn anything you need to. In fact, the instructors were so disrespectful. They would sit there and talk to another student about personal life for a long time. Then, they go through some chapters and give students a test and that was all. Nothing else. No practical classes at all, in fact, they donāt even have the material for practical. The whole entire course the owner promised to get the fake hands for practicing and never did it. The kit We got that they say itās worth it $600, itās not worth it $100. Thereās nothing there besides a bunch of nail failed and other stuff but most of it was actually broken when we got it, including the box. Pathetic! There were books to go through (on your own) and we were tested every week. But nothing practical. The owner is disrespectful and only cares about the way she and the school looks. If theyāre pretty, sheās happy. Esthetic class is in a different room, and now if we want to use the bathroom, we have to pass through their classroom disturbing their study. It doesnāt make any sense. I would never NEVER go back there again. Iām writing this after 2 years. Iām not sure how it is now but Iād demand money back if you start...
