If you're a vinyl enthusiast, Vinyl Bay 777 is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with an atmosphere that's both welcoming and filled with excitement. This place is the definition of a vinyl lover's dream.

First off, the selection is unbeatable. They have a wide range of vinyl across every imaginable genre—whether you’re into classic rock, indie, jazz, soul, or more niche genres, they have it all. The quality of their stock is top-notch, and you can tell they really care about their records. Everything is meticulously curated, and you won’t find worn-out or scratched discs here. Most of their vinyl is in pristine condition, and they even carry limited editions, rare pressings, and exclusive releases that you won’t find anywhere else.

The real gem of the store, though, is the staff. These folks are seriously knowledgeable and passionate about vinyl. They’re not just employees—they’re true music lovers and experts. Every time I visit, they’re ready with recommendations based on my taste, and they’re always happy to chat about records, artists, and the vinyl industry in general. Whether you're a seasoned collector or a newbie just starting your vinyl journey, they’ll go out of their way to help you find exactly what you're looking for—and probably introduce you to some new gems along the way.

I’ve gotten amazing recommendations from them, and every time I leave, my collection is a little bit better, and my music knowledge a little bit richer. The store also has great listening stations, so you can sample albums before making a purchase, ensuring you're completely happy with your selection.

If you're looking for a place that combines incredible vinyl selection with smart, friendly, and helpful staff who genuinely care about the music, look no further than Vinyl Bay 777. I’ll keep coming back again and again—it’s hands down the best vinyl...

By far the Best place to shop for Vinyl Records on Long Island! They had the original pressing of a T-Bone Walker album i've been searching years for! Truly blew my mind. Their Blues and Heavy Metal section is amazing! The staff their is very helpful if you need them, otherwise you could easily spend the entire day flipping through albums. Given the shopping experience, I don't find their prices to be expensive like some are saying. Everything is organized by genre and alphabetized for easy digging. Plus, I don't have to purchase a nice protective sleeve to store my new purchases in since they provide that on all their albums. They definitely take the time to clean and label their albums so that customers like me get what we want. I like that they put a sticker seal on the plastic outer sleeve (i've purchased so many albums that people cover-swapped and ended up with a reissue instead of an OG so I get where theyre coming from with that). Before checking out, the helpful woman behind the counter suggested that I break the seal and check the quality before purchasing just to rest assured that i'd be happy with my purchase. I've never had such a great experience while shopping for vinyl. Vinyl Bay 777 is a great store and I will keep coming back to support such a great...

Vinyl Bay 777 is an absolute gem for music lovers! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the incredible selection of vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and memorabilia. Whether you’re a collector looking for rare finds or just diving into the world of vinyl, this store has something for everyone.

The staff is phenomenal—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about music. They were more than happy to help me track down a couple of specific albums and even gave great recommendations based on my taste.

What sets Vinyl Bay 777 apart is the vibe. It feels like a treasure hunt every time you visit, and the organization of their inventory makes browsing such a pleasure. I also appreciate how much care they put into preserving and presenting their collection.

For the quality and the experience of shopping in person, it’s worth every penny versus shopping online. Supporting a local business like this feels great too!

I highly recommend Vinyl Bay 777 to anyone who loves music or is searching for the perfect gift for a music fan. I’ll definitely...

After googling vinyl record stores on long island this place popped up. The reviews were all excellent, so my wife and I h had piped in the car and made the short 20 minute drive from Queens to check it out. We ended up purchasing two great LPs's. Blind Faith, with the original banned nudes pic on the album cover, and Captain Fantastic and The Brown Dirt Cowboy. Both in mint condition. This store has a huge selection of both new and used albums, with the used albums quality rated. They also carry cd's. The selection is so vast and covers so many music categories, that it was difficult to make choices. We could have stayed there all day. The prices are extremely fair and competitive and the staff is friendly. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend Vinyl Bay!

Talk about hidden gems, if you're into vinyl (and related analog music media) then you'll probably love this off-the-beaten-track record store nestled in the industrial park just behind the Plainview Holiday Inn. The parking is a little funky but once you step inside, the cool atmosphere and great selection makes you feel like a kid in a candy store. Unlike most stores that biy and sell used records, every album is professionally cleaned and graded so you know exactly what you're buying. The knowledgeable staff is eager to help. Beyond records, they also buy and sell music memorabilia and even casette and 8 track tapes (remember those?). Plus, they're open late so have fun. Will definitely be back soon.

A yo mic check 1-2 This is The Drew of Public Enemy a.k.a The Sound Assassin b.k.a The Microphone Phine A yo check this out I pulled up to this spot Vinyl Bay 777 looking for some new sounds to do what I do and the customer service there blew my mind. The staff was on point, the genre of music was crazy they had everything from old to new school Gospel, Contemporary, Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, Soca, Calypso, Blues, Jazz, Country music and yo they even had House music. I had to recommend the spot to some of my family, such as Ice Cube, The Legendary Dj Chuck Chillout, Ice T, Davie Dmx, The Legendary Davhed Levy, The Legendary Chuck D & Treach of the iconic group Naughty by Nature.
