Ordered takeout from the Indian restaurant/Bistro located inside the Holiday Inn in Plainview. While the packaging was neat and the order was ready on time, the food didn’t quite deliver the authentic Indian taste we were hoping for.

The Chicken Malai Kebab didn’t resemble traditional tandoori pieces—it looked and tasted more like plain grilled chicken. The Biryani felt more like spiced rice than a true biryani. Items like the Samosa Chaat, Masala Chai, Naan, and Lachha Paratha were all just average—not bad, but lacking the richness and depth of flavor typical of Indian cuisine.

I ordered delivery from here and oh my gosh, this might be some of the best Indian food I've ever had. I ordered the Papri Chaat and the Chicken Tikka Masala with some Garlic Naan. I've had Indian food from a lot of places before but, this was amazing. The Papri chaat specifically! So crunchy and delicious. I called the restaurant to tell them, and I reached Remo, the owner, who was so kind and friendly. At the time of writing this review, this is a new restaurant. They just opened 2 weeks ago and man, I want them to succeed! I have no stake in this other than the fact that I want this restaurant to succeed in Plainview. Remo told me they do an unlimited Buffet Saturday and Sunday. from 12-4. It's inside of Bistro 495....

The food was a total flavor explosion. We started with appetizer, seasoned just right, followed by entrees. The Amritsari Kulcha ? Amazing! was fragrant, light, and the ideal base with Goat Curry. Must mention about English dish like creamy salmon with live music on every weekends.
