Let me tell you about his company and their cast of clowns associated with them. For starters, their equipment is absolute junk. All made from Chinese, no frills parts. Half the cameras around my home failed in a 2 ½ week period. They brag about their wonderful 3-5 year warranty. Except the warranty is really a joke. They warranty only their equipment which costs next to nothing. I know this because I saw the actual prices in their catalog at their headquarters in Plainview. But then they force you to get an installer to swap out the equipment because they are “wholesale” only. They won’t swap it with you, the regular customer. So the result is, you wind up paying 75.00 and up for an installer to come and connect two wires and a couple of screws. Three times in a 3 week period I needed this done and I spent well over 200 dollars to replace their defective garbage cameras. Some warranty that is! The app associated with these cameras is also complete junk. They use the super live pro app on both iphone and android. Just read the reviews on this app and you will see nothing but complaints of it not working, no updates, no response from developer and zero customer service. There is no manual with instructions and very difficult to use. I’ve also had numerous problems with various installers for this company. A couple of them attempted to rip me off and one of them I was forced to take to small claims court which I won. I came to find out that all security camera installers in NY require a NYS Alarm License. It appears almost all of the installers for this company are unlicensed and unauthorized to install this equipment. This company was formally called EasternCCTV and have now changed their name to ENS Security. If you’re in the market for security cameras on your property, be sure to find out where the equipment is coming from and be sure they are licensed with NYS. If you find out the equipment is coming from this company or/and they are unlicensed, I would run away fast. Between their horrible quality, zero customer service, app that frequently doesn’t work, unlicensed installers and a security system that’s completely unreliable, do yourself a favor and find a better company out there that truly stands behind their products and have...

Plainview office tech support is not knowledgeable and Lacking product quality control! Went through an unfortunate experience in the past with a CCTV project which was very minimal and gave ENS the benefit of a doubt. However, this time around, went through a very frustrating experience with an intercom project which resulted in my relationship with ENS and ever doing business with this company going forward. Could not get the product to work correctly. I relied on ENS Tech support to help me in getting the intercom system to work but tech support was not well versed with the product they sold me. Spent hours on the phone with ENS tech support to the point of no solution and receiving a response "We will have to look into this further and will call you back". I never got a phone call back and waisted time and money at the customer site. I had to call another security supplier who sold the same product and pay a tech support fee because I did not purchase the product from them. Within minutes the other security supplier had the intercom system up and running, hence, support fee well worth it. I got the run around from the sales representative and branch manager, did not return my emails or phone calls. I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more for materials than doing business with...
