Day to day this store is functional for OTC things. Nothing you can't find anywhere else and for probably cheaper. I have no qualms with any staff, including the pharmacist. Store is clean and everyone is polite. My issue is with corporate. This pharmacy received a common blood pressure medication refill on Monday, well before it ran empty at home, was told it couldn't be filled until Thursday and low and behold the pharmacy has been closed for at least 3 days since then. Will be at the very least 2 more days until there is a pharmacist available and that's if they're open on the holiday and hoping someone can get there within the hours they are open. (Not holding our breath as were already playing with fire not having these medications) Tried to get the clinic to send the prescription elsewhere, they're equally useless. "Call on Monday". I am horrified thinking of those that dont have the option to run 20+ miles away to obtain a prescription which will now be the answer to this problem. Pay your pharmacists, give them sustainable work environments, cover your empty posts and stop playing with peoples health, customers and...
Read moreSad that I had to switch to a different pharmacy, but thats because they no longer take my insurance. I do still go here for over the counter items as needed (if I'm not picking up my script at the other pharmacy).... I needed eye drops. I was hoping to switch to a cheaper brand since money was tight. I asked the pharmacist if any of the other ones had a version like the one I needed. He came right out and read the different boxes on the shelf. The one I usually get, and a few others. He explained to me (in a way I actually understood) why the one my eye doctor had me using was better for my condition, then the cheaper ones. Wish I could remember his name. Gentleman with glasses on a weekday evening, was in September. But this great service is stuck in my head and I had to let everyone know...
Read moreI called the pharmacy on Saturday and inquired about getting 2 prescription filled. She said she could fill them and that i could come in Tuesday and pick them up. I went to the pharmacy Tuesday afternoon to pick up my prescriptions and was informed they had to contact my doctors office. Don't you think someone could have texted or called me regarding a delay instead of me driving all the way to this store to be told their waiting on the doctor. I could have called the doctors office myself on Saturday if I knew it needed his ok and I probably would have them by now. Maybe some additional training is required. Try working smarter...
