How do you have a delivery person who doesn't know how to work equipment? We ordered 35 bags of concrete to be delivered. On the day of delivery we're asked is there someone there to off load? I can't and spouse is at work. Why didn't they mention this when we placed the order? No solution offered but a delivery after the work is going to be done.
