This is an actual farmers market. I know saying that seems a bit obvious but as most Westchester and city folk can attest, many "open air" markets are often marketed as "farmer markets". Now with that out of the way. This market is great. Nice variety of stands that offer free range chickens, eggs, lamb, beef, and other proteins. They even have fish from a small fisherman operation. During the winter and spring the variety of veggies are understandably less but plenty during the summer. Everyone is lovely and everything is top quality. Great experience everytime I go.
