Absolutely 10/10 experience!

Owner Derrick was incredibly accommodating- Helped me make an appointment within a day of notice for the weekend, walked me through the mattress-buying process (and it didn't feel like I was being upsold anything I didn't need or want,) and went out of his way to arrange incredibly fast delivery. (The way it worked out, he delivered it himself, same-day!)

My husband even found a pillow he didn't know he needed, and everything was sold to us far cheaper than retail store markups. (I checked ahead of time and several of those same mattresses go for a few thousand extra, easy.)

Found the mattress I needed, got to lay on the model in-store to make sure it would be comfortable & compared it to other try-first options, and the whole thing only took a half hour. (It would've taken less time but I had lots of questions!)

Definitely will be telling anyone local about this awesome brick-and-mortar location. Super happy with my brand...

so, I , like you are right now, was so weary of this buying a mattress ordeal.......until I remembered I slept on the couch last night because my bed Sucked!!! I made an appointment the same day, for the time I chose and convienantly enough it was 4mins away from my home- this guy was winning..we got there and were free to test the beds, my daughter included, the owner was so patient with us and explained everything as we went...I never once felt rushed and he was knowledgeable on his products. I have known Derrick for the better part of roughly 14 years. I’ve had a terrible bed for years. I woke up at my wits end. Derrick went out of his way to make arrangements to meet me at my convenience. I do not have a truck; he then brought it to my residence and helped me bring it inside. I’m a single mother with jobs on my feet roughly 16 hours out of the day (I’m not even exaggerating). I don’t have time to be hurting from an awful bed; let alone time to get a new one. The payments are affordable and convenient as there is no interest in the first 90 days.
