I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for my bedroom set delivery. The original set delivered was damaged, discolored and dented. I spoke with Lynn on June 13, 2019 who promised me a new set. I have not heard from Lynn since. I am disabled and walk with a cane the drawers on the dresser do not stay closed. I’m afraid I will trip over them. I called the warranty team to come out and take a look since I was well within the one-year warranty. The technician came out, dragged the chaise on its side, completely breaking it in the process.
