Disappointing Experience: Won't Be Returning

I recently visited [Jumbo Asian restaurant] for the first time, initially overlooking some minor issues due to my hunger. However, subsequent visits have only confirmed my worst fears – the quality of their chicken dishes is appalling.

On my first visit, my hunger may have masked the subpar taste, but subsequent experiences have left me thoroughly disappointed. The chicken dishes consistently taste off, with an unpleasant raw smell.

This used to be my go-to for Chinese/Japanese many years ago, then they changed owners somewhere around 2020 and I was very disappointed and stopped coming. Recently, I decided to give it another try and I have been very impressed so far. The quality of the food is excellent, although they use containers that separate the rice and seems to be a lesser portion than the norm. The order is always accurate and packed well for take out, prices are reasonable, and they have a very large menu. Wow, this is the best Chinese restaurant. The freshest food the nicest owners Michelle and Leo I met after complementing how incredible their food was the most delicious fresh egg roll. The Peking duck bun the pork fried rice. I can’t say enough about this incredible food that we enjoy today if you are looking for delicious authentic Chinese food jumbo is your place.
